Save Legend of the seeker
Have you seen Legend of the seeker? It's an action-fantasy series which has been showed for 2 seasons. They seem to not want to continue this amazing show, sadly:

This show is my guilty pleasure :D
I just never am able to catch it on cable... so I guess I am not helping the odds. :/

I've read the book, loved it!
But then I've seen the first episode and some scenes on YouTube and was dissapointed.. It's propably the usual problem when you know the book. A friend of mine loved the show and then read the book. She thinks the book is better, but still likes the show.
I've never read the books and I immediately loved the series. I'd love to read the books someday too. I'm still sad they didn't continue the series.
